How the price is calculated

The ride price is built from the tariff of the selected category (base fare, price per kilometre and per minute) and the length and duration of the route. Paid options — child seat and pet transport — are added as a fixed surcharge. The final price is shown before you confirm the order; all payments are in tenge (KZT).

How ordering and payment work

Launch Telegram Taxi right inside Telegram — no separate app to install.

Set your route

Choose pickup and destination addresses and a ride category — the app shows the exact price right away.

Choose a payment method

Visa or Mastercard bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash to the driver.

Confirm the order

Online payments go through the secure Freedom Pay service with 3-D Secure support. Card details are never stored on our side.

Online payments are processed by the Freedom Pay payment provider (3-D Secure, PCI DSS). Up to 50% of the ride price can be paid with bonuses.
